Can I take an appointment ? 

 

We are based in Paris and meet with clients if they would like to try on a watch.

Do you ship worlwide?

We ship watches with tracking and insurance worldwide.

A signature is required to complete the delivery of the package.

Shipping in Europe usually takes less than 48 hours.

How do I know the watch is genuine ?

Each watch is rigorously inspected and authenticated by a highly qualified watchmaker and is guaranteed 100% genuine. Our commitment to authenticity is lifelong and reflects the way we stand behind every timepiece we sell.

Every purchase includes a detailed invoice with the watch’s serial number and our full company details, ensuring complete traceability and transparency.

 

Purchases may also be completed via Vestiaire Collective, where the watch undergoes independent authentication by their experts (additional fees apply).

We have over 140 watches successfully sold and verified on the platform.

Can you reserve a watch ?

 

Some of our watches are listed on other platforms and might sell at anytime.

To keep a watch on hold, a deposit will be required.

Can you source a specific watch for me ?

 

We regularly source vintage watches for our clients, we do not display all our watches sold on our website. Feel free to contact us !

Can I pick up my order in person?


Yes, please select this option at checkout and contact us as soon as possible to arrange the pickup details in Paris.

You will need to present a valid photo ID when collecting your order.

Does my watch come with a warranty ? ​​

All our watches are carefully inspected and fully functional at the time of sale.

Each watch purchased on our website comes with a 12-month movement warranty for your peace of mind.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, or water exposure. Any intervention carried out by an external watchmaker will void the warranty unless previously agreed in writing with us. In such cases, invoices from third-party horologers will only be covered if prior approval has been granted.

Do you resize the bracelet to my wrist ? 

We can adjust your watch bracelet to fit your wrist perfectly. 

We mention bracelet size in our listings.

For a tailored fit, we can help you to purchase extra links or remove existing ones as needed.

Are your watches waterproof ? 

Most of our dress watches were originally not sold by retailers as waterproof.

That said, they can usually withstand light splashes (e.g., washing hands or light rain), but they are not suitable for swimming, showering, or diving.

These are not dive watches and should be treated with care around water.

We do not guarantee the waterproofness.
