Our collection focuses on iconic models selected for their overall condition, original integrity and enduring value.
Particular attention is paid to bracelet preservation and original link tightness.

How do I know the watch is genuine?
We focus on references and manufactures we know intimately.
Every timepiece undergoes a thorough inspection by qualified watchmakers to verify its mechanical function, overall period-correctness, and authenticity.
Every watch is backed by our lifetime authenticity guarantee.
What about the original papers and accessories?
Our priority is the watch itself: its physical condition, authenticity and overall integrity.
For vintage timepieces, we consider the condition and preservation of the watch more important than the presence of original paperwork.
Original documentation and accessories are included whenever available and are always clearly specified in each listing.
Warranty & care
Does my watch come with a warranty?
All our watches are carefully inspected and fully functional at the time of sale.
Each watch purchased directly on our website includes a 12-month mechanical movement warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, or water exposure. Any intervention carried out by an external watchmaker will void the warranty unless previously agreed in writing with us. In such cases, invoices from third-party horologers will only be covered if prior approval has been granted.
Are your watches waterproof?
Pre-owned timepieces are by default not guaranteed to be waterproof or water-resistant, regardless of their original factory specifications or case markings.
While certain timepieces may retain or pass water-resistance tests, Timeless Watch Paris does not guarantee water resistance on any watch sold.
Due to the historical nature of pre-owned components, we strongly advise keeping all timepieces strictly away from water.
Purchasing & Services
Can I book an appointment?
Yes. We welcome clients by appointment in Paris and are happy to arrange an in-person inspection of a watch before purchase.
This allows you to examine the watch carefully, try it on, and ask any questions to make your decision with complete confidence.

How can I pay for a watch?
We accept bank transfers as well as secure credit card payments with 3D Secure authentication.
For bank transfers, our banking details are provided on a pro forma invoice issued by Timeless Watch Paris.
Watches are released, collected or shipped only once full payment has been received in cleared funds.
Do you resize the bracelet to my wrist?
The maximum wrist size is explicitly listed in each product description. Prior to dispatch or during your appointment, we can adjust the bracelet to your exact wrist size, or assist you in sourcing additional original links if needed.
Can you source a specific watch for me?
To maintain our uncompromised standards of condition, authenticity, and overall quality, we do not source watches on demand.
However, we welcome you to share the specific references you are seeking.
If a piece matching our strict criteria enters our curated collection, we will notify you in priority before it is listed publicly.
Delivery & Returns
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide with tracking and full insurance. For high-value and international shipments, we work with specialized secure logistics providers experienced in transporting watches and other valuable goods.
A signature is required upon delivery.
Please note that import duties and local taxes remain the responsibility of the buyer for deliveries outside the EU.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, please select this option at checkout and contact us as soon as possible to arrange the pickup details in Paris.
You will need to present a valid photo ID when collecting your order.
Can I return my watch if I order online?
EU residents buying online without prior physical inspection have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery.
The timepiece must remain strictly unworn and in its exact original condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us in writing prior to dispatch.
Return shipping costs, insurance, and potential customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
